Cheese, Science, and It's Just My First Post

This is Hummingbird cheese. It's local to Pennsylvania and a very soft cheese (more so than Brie). Mild taste and very delicious.

Well... I guess I'd make this my very first blog post. It's mildly exciting, I guess. (I dunno.) I guess I should probably introduce myself. I'm Brittany Kessler and I'm a weirdo. One crazy fact about me is that my favorite cheese (yes, I'm a bit of a cheese connoisseur and, yes, I have a favorite cheese.) is Hummingbird.

(Man, writing this is tougher than I thought!)

I love me some genetics-- that kind of science-y stuff. Love it. Alleles, heredity, and Punnet squares (y'know-- that kinda stuff). I don't know but I'm assuming I'll get better as I post more. (Maybe?)

I guess I could say why I started this blog in the first place. There were two reasons (some could argue one, but whatever) one of them was that I previously had a blog-type website that I created (to be fair I made it when I was twelve) and I remember enjoying the process of creating the website and writing the (wait for it) whole three posts that I posted on the site. (Shocking, I know.) The other reason was because I was bored and this seemed like a good idea at the time. (We'll see about that.) I don't know how often I'm going to be updating this blog, but I plan on posting as often as I possibly can.
