As NaNoWriMo 2017 comes to a close, I felt that it was only proper for me to do an update on my own NaNoWriMo journey this year.
I did, by some miracle, reach my word count goal of 30,000 words. I am a NaNoWriMo 2017 winner! Huzzah!
(Seriously, I have no idea how I reached it. Really)
And, if you didn't participate this year, that's okay. This isn't for everybody. But, if you're willing to take the challenge in 2018 do it.
In the end, it doesn't matter if you are a Participant or a Winner-- you still wrote a novel in a month and that is worth something.
Cheers to you, whoever you are, because you deserve it.
(Now, I'm going to take December to revise the shit out of my novel.... if you excuse me.)
Until next time!
